PMAN ID Prototype 

The PMAN “Multipurpose” Biometric Identity Smart Card is a membership identification and verification card to be issued to all PMAN members. This unique RFID/smart card will be integrated to other database, i.e. National ID card database, will be developed with an application to identify and store details of all members of PMAN and their portfolio.

About The Project:
The PMAN Biometric Card Project is about equipping Nigerian musicians with the power to determine and control their economic fate. It is an innovative personal data acquisition and protection exercise that will:

• Authenticate operators in Nigeria’s music industry.
• Give you free round-the-clock free telephone connection with social and business relationships that are directly related to your career!
  

• It will be linked to National ID
  It will have a magnetic swipe card feature
  It will have a microchip and linked to your Interswitch and used as ATM
  It will be used to pay artistes royalties from the Music Distribution Network via PayPal
  It will qualify each artiste and 4 members of his/her family for Multishield  Health Insurance
  Acceptable for payment online, supermarkets,  ATMs and swipe facilities worldwide

Qualify you for a free CUG telephone line with which you can communicate round-the-clock free-of-charge with members of your professional community of marketers, back-up singers, session men (instrumentalists), dancers and other professionals directly related to your career. All these for a monthly access-fee of N1,000 (one thousand naira)! Give you hassle-free access to foreign diplomatic missions (embassies) in Nigeria. The PMAN Biometric I.D Card has been designed and is being promoted for adoption by foreign embassies as confirmation of actual participation in music business in Nigeria. The Biometric Identity Card As Your Personal ATM Card A major feature of the biometric card is a special ATM micro-chip that will: Facilitate your bank-transactions (i.e. the biometric card can serve as your personal ATM Card) with any of the four participating banks namely: UBA, Heritage Bank, FCMB and Diamond Bank. Automatically give you a current account in any of the four participating banks of your choice.
